The large dock in the backyard makes this house perfect for boats up to 27 feet long—and it comes with 4 kayaks to help you explore the water in style! You can also see sunsets and dolphins from your deck!

The home itself is perfect for families—there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The living room has an impressive view of the water from its large windows and sliding doors and comfortable seating arrangements.

This home was newly remodeled and decorated in July 2021 – all new appliances and furniture as well as wall decor.

There is also a completely screened-in outdoor seating area so you can enjoy the water view bugs free!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need—including dishwasher, microwave oven/convection oven combo, stove/oven combination with downdraft ventilation system and refrigerator with icemaker door dispenser—so cooking at home is easy!

There’s even a separate laundry area in the garage with washer/dryer hookups so you can do your own laundry while on vacation if needed (or just save money on doing it when you get back home).

BONUS: In August 2022, we just installed an EV Charger, so bring your Teslas and electric cars! You just have to bring your own charging cord.

Lily House Hernando Beach Vacation Escape is located just off of Shoal Line Blvd in Hernando Beach, FL minutes from Weeki Wachee.

It is about one hour from Tampa or Orlando. It’s ideal for those who want to be close enough to city life but far enough away from it all!

Can you swim in the canals?

Yes! What is the temperature of the water in Gulf of Mexico and the canal?

Depend on the month – winter months around 65 degrees but in the summer months it gets as high as 87 degrees.

Can we bring pets?

Very sorry, but no. Brian has allergies so we can’t allow pets – we stay here 1-2 times a month ourselves!

Can I bring a boat?

YES! Our floating dock can accommodate boats up to 27′

Where can I rent a boat?

You can rent it from Blue Pelican Marina (5 minutes away near public boat ramp), Hernando Beach Marina (2-3 minutes away), or The Captain’s Boat Rental (2-3 minutes away)

Can I park my boat trailer or RV here?

YES! Park in driveway or on the right side of the house

Is there a grill, is it free to use, and do you provide propane?

Yes, yes and yes.

Do you provide toiletries and paper goods?

Yes – all the showers are equipped with wall-mounted dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We provide 1 roll of paper towels and a starter amount of toilet paper (usually 1-2 rolls per bathroom and a few extras under the sink).

How do I book?

We are on Airbnb and VRBO, please book with them as they are our preferred partners.
