We were very happy with our experience at the house. It’s right across the street from the Upper Deck restaurant which was great. The house was neat and exactly what we hoped for. We especially loved the kayaks and fire pit. Thanks again for such a wonderful place!

Great place! The only thing I would recommend is providing more bath rags. Unless you are going to wash them every day there isn’t enough. We had to go buy some. Also there was no storage space for groceries. Overall we enjoyed the house and had a great vacation!

An amazing stay right on the river! The house has so many amenities and a ton of space to accommodate everyone. The ease of access of getting on the water is a huge plus. The kitchen is great for making your own food, and so is the grill outside. A fun restaurant is also available right across the street. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was beautiful and had every amenity. The mother in law suite was an extra bonus and great place for the two of us who had a dog- the extra side yard for us to play with him in was another plus. We put the kayaks and paddle boards to good use and were able to go straight from the place to see manatees every day and enjoy a beautiful paddle. It was peaceful and private even with the restaurant across the street as the hours were not too late. We really had a wonderful time. Brian was a great host and very responsive when we needed him.
